Smart Real Estate is owned by Dennys and based in Woodbridge, Virginia. We are a local real estate investment company, which means we buy property directly from its owners. We are not a listing agent looking for a commission, and we are not a national website that collects your address and sells it to whoever pays the most. Our business has three parts. We make cash offers on houses and land. We renovate many of the homes we buy and put them back on the market as finished houses. And when a property is a better fit for another buyer — a landlord, a rehabber, a builder — we bring it to local investors. How we work
Honest about the trade-off
A cash offer on a house that needs work is not the same number as a full retail listing price, and we will not pretend it is.
